Issues related to traffic generation and the ability of the
development proposal to accommodate such traffic should be subject to comment and
recommendation by the City Engineer.
Utilities. A utility plan has been submitted for review by the City Engineer. As a
condition of preliminary plat approval, the utility related modifications and comments as
set forth by the City Engineer should be incorporated into the plans.
Landscaping.
