The nc!: of input from Rirs Creek watershed District and the Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources. <br />0 <br />The proposal to build a car wash and gas station in a Lake Protection Zone and <br />an area with high sensitivity to around water pollution. <br />The rivironmental Board made the following additional reCOriliTiendations should the <br />proposal go forward for approval: <br />1. Follovv Staff Recommendations in Environmental Board Meeting Report. <br />0. That the Developer wouirl work with Staff on Landscaping Plan changes. The <br />NURP pond proposed in the NW corner should be entirely landscaped. <br />Ti e City native grass and flower seed list should be used. <br />3.
