The use of the land for surface or subsurface removal of sand, <br />gravel, rock, industrial minerals, other non - metallic minerals and peat not <br />regulated under Minnesota Statutes, Sections 93.44 to 93.51. <br />Family. An individual or two (2) or more persons related by blood or marriage or <br />of not more than five (5) persons (excluding servants) who need not be related <br />by blood or marriage living together in a dwelling unit. <br />Farm. Real property used for commercial agriculture or horticulture comprising <br />at least twenty (20) contiguous acres and which may contain other contiguous or <br />noncontiguous acreage, all of which is owned or leased and operated by a single <br />family, family corporation, individual or corporation. <br />Farm Building. See Agricultural Farm Building. <br />Farm Dwelling. A single family dwelling located on a farm which is used or <br />intended for use by the farm =s owner, a relative of the owner, or a person <br />employed thereon. <br />Farm, Limited. A limited farm is a food producing use primarily intended for the <br />use of the residents and on parcels of from one (1) to twenty (20) contiguous <br />acres in size. Limited farming uses may include the production of crops, such as <br />fruits, vegetables, flowers, plants, shrubs and trees. Animals and domestic pets <br />may be allowed subject to the provisions of City Code Sections 502 and 503. <br />Fast -Food- Restaurant. A confined area or structure used for feeding, breeding, or holding <br />livestock for eventual sale in which animal waste may accumulate but not <br />including barns, pens or other structures used in a dairy farm operation. <br />Fence. A fence is defined for the purpose of this Ordinance as any partition, <br />structure, wall or gate erected as a dividing mark, barrier or enclosure. <br />Fence, Boundary Line. All fences located within one (1) foot of a property line. <br />Fence, Interior Yard. All fences located five (5) feet beyond a property line. <br />Filter Strip.
