• <br />Substantial Improvement. Any extension, repair, reconstruction, or other <br />improvement of a property, the cost of which equals or exceeds fifty (50) percent <br />of the fair market value of a property either before the improvement is started or if <br />the property has been damaged and is being restored, before the damage <br />occurred. <br />Swimming Pool. Structure housing three (3) or more dwelling units contiguous to <br />each other only by the sharing of one (1) common wall, such structures to be of <br />the town or row houses type as contrasted to multiple dwelling apartment <br />structures. No single structure shall contain in excess of eight (8) dwelling units <br />and each dwelling unit shall have separate and individual front and rear <br />entrances. <br />Travel Trailer. A recreational vehicle that is towed by a car or a truck. <br />Tree. Any of the following type of trees, as each is defined herein: <br />1. Coniferous Tree. A woody plant which, at maturity, is at least twelve (12) <br />feet or more in height. having foliage on the outermost portion of the branches <br />year round. <br />2. Deciduous Tree.
