• <br />• <br />• <br />Yard, Front. An open space that lies between the principal or accessory building <br />or buildings and the nearest lot line. Such yard is unoccupied and unobstructed <br />from the ground upward except as may be specifically provided in the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />Yard, Rear. A yard extending across the full width of the lot and lying between <br />the rear line of the lot and the nearest line of the principal building. <br />Yard, Side. A yard on each side of the building between the building and the <br />side line of the lot and extending from the front yard to the rear yard. <br />Zero Lot Line. The location of a building on a lot in such a manner that one or <br />more of the building =s sides rests directly on a lot line. <br />Zoning Administrator.
