The exception for this permit is the <br />"field office trailer." <br />b.) Must be able to be stored within confines of fences area. <br />4.) Building, fence, landscape; Must meet requirements for a aesthetically <br />pleasing look for the neighborhood. <br />*(It is understood that there will be a time allotment for the maturity of <br />newly planted trees) <br />a.) Kept painted in a professional manner, general upkeep of <br />building /grounds. <br />b.) Trees, shrubs, grass, weeds kept groomed. <br />c.) Removal of "scrub" trees. <br />5.) Daily business activity (ie; test driving down Maple Street is prohibited) <br />6.) Noise /air quality (ie; extensive idling of diesel equipment, exhausting <br />unfiltered air or particles into the atmosphere is not allowed) <br />a.) No manufacturing /processing equipment that creates noise levels <br />inappropriate for residential environment (db level ?). <br />7.) Sewer /water /soil conditions to be within state and local code requirements. <br />*(soil testing must be performed and documented before transfer of <br />property ownership) <br />8) Disposal of hazardous waste on site (ie; improperly installed floor drains or <br />containment tanks, or no pumped out by an approved waste management <br />company) will not be allowed. <br />9) Septic systems to be consistent with type and/or activity of proposed business. <br />Permits must be filed with City for activity related to septic system. <br />10) Runoff from cleaning equipment must be contained in an environmentally <br />safe manner consistent with EPA/MPCA standards. <br />11) Weight restrictions for the street must be obeyed. <br />12) No changes in outdoor lighting to be allowed that would interfere with <br />neighbors privacy. <br />13)Renewal of this permit to be enforced as per the City of Lino Lakes, with <br />renewal requirements provided to neighbors. <br />Mr. Pfingsten submitted the following conditions: <br />• Fence will be painted by June 2003 <br />• Remove webbing from gate so police can see in <br />• Replace back gate with fence by June 2003 <br />• Plant 9 evergreens to border fence <br />• Keep garbage container inside building <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />
