• Required Actions <br />The City Planning and Zoning Committee needs to approve the conditional use permit for <br />the auto and truck repair facility based on conditions included in this review and <br />generated from the public hearing and Planning and Zoning Committee discussion. <br />Recommendations <br />We recommend that the City Planning Commission approve the conditional use subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the Developer move the trash area to the southeast corner of the site. <br />2. That the Developer work with City Staff to provide turn- around areas for trash <br />trucks and delivery vehicles and improve traffic circulation. <br />3.
