The proposal to build a car wash and gas station in a Lake Protection Zone and <br />an area with high sensitivity to around water pollution. <br />The Environmental Board made the following additional recommendations should the <br />proposal go forward for approval: <br />1. Follow Staff Recommendations in Environmental Board Meeting Report, <br />2. That the Developer would work with Staff on Landscaping Plan changes. The <br />large NURP porn proposed in the NW corner should be entirely landscaped. <br />The City native Gram and flower seed list should be used. <br />3. Grit and all filters should be part of the design. <br />40 4. The Developer should follow iia itinp guidelines in the new Draft Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />
