All approved. <br />Living Waters Lutheran Church <br />The Environmental Board Recommended on January 29, 2003 that the proposed <br />Living Waters Lutheran Church Addition be approved with the following comments: <br />1. There are high - priority protection areas to the North of the existing path. This <br />area should not be disturbed. <br />2. City native seed mix should be used in proposed pond and swale areas. The <br />• landscape plan should include building foundation plants. <br />3. Proposed sod should have at least 4 inches of topsoil thoroughly incorporated <br />into the ground. <br />8. Any new lighting should follow 1 h ilia guideilnes in the new Draft l y� t r Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />4.
