No. <br />Routing: <br />Panattoni Development <br />City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />12701 -002 <br />The Marshan Lake Industrial Park/Panattoni Development as presented proposes to construct a 265,000 <br />square foot office /warehouse facility on over 17 acres of property, located between Lake Drive and I -35 W, <br />just south and west of the City Hall complex. The building itself is located on 13.5 acres. <br />The proposed Panatonni site property is part of a larger area referred to as the Marshan Lake Industrial Park. <br />For purposes of simplification, this review shall be identified and referred to as the Panatonni Development. <br />The following plans and documentation have been submitted to the City of Lino Lakes, and these <br />preliminary review comments are presented based on that submittal: <br />1. Preliminary Plat, Marsh Lake Industrial Park, prepared by Glenn Rehbein Companies and dated July <br />14, 2003. <br />2. Certificate of Survey, Marsh Lake Industrial Park, prepared by Glenn Rehbein Companies and dated <br />July 14, 2003. <br />3. Site Plan, Grading Drainage and Erosion Control Plan, Utility Plan, Details Plan, Inventory Plan, and <br />Tree Preservation Plan, (Sheets 1 through 7), prepared by Glenn Rehbein Companies and dated July <br />11, 2003. Revised Grading Plan dated July 24, 2003 also received. <br />4. Architectural Drawings , prepared by Heitman Architects, Inc., and dated July 11, 2003, Sheets P -1, <br />A2.0, A2.1, and A5.0. <br />5. Landscape Plans, prepared by Landscape Architecture Master Planning Environmental Design, dated <br />July 14, 2003. <br />6.
