Panatonni Development Page 5 August 7, 2003
City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota
7. It is advised that additional storm sewer design data (rim and invert elevations, pipe sizes, slopes,
etc.) be shown on the Utility Plan. Much of the storm sewer information can be shown more clearly
on this sheet than on the Grading Plan, where the amount of information is extensive and becomes
cluttered and hard to read. All storm sewer pipe sizes must also be shown on the plan.
8. Watermain is proposed to be looped around the building. The number and location of fire hydrants
shall be approved by the City Fire Chief. It is also recommended that hydrants placed on the street
extension, particularly at Lake Drive and at the cul -de -sac circle.
9. The notes on the utility plan must be numbered to provide better reference and identification.
10. Testing of all sanitary sewer and watermain shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements
of the City of Lino Lakes, specifications of the City Engineers Association of Minnesota, the
Minnesota Department of Health, and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency as required.
11. The parking lot pavement design must refer to the appropriate MnDot Specification for the mix
provided. The Class 5 must also meet the requirements of MnDot 2211, and must be placed on a
suitable granular base as approved by the City Engineer and recommended in the soils report. In the
event the subgrade is determined to be unsuitable, a 2 -foot subcut and placement of granular material
must be performed.
•
