G <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Jeff Smyser <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: November 12, 2003 <br />TOPIC: Final Plat: Hailey Manor <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council approved the preliminary plat for Hailey Manor with Resolution 03 -120 on <br />September 8, 2003. Under our revised subdivision ordinance, the final plat needs P & Z review <br />prior to City Council approval. <br />The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat. The Metropolitan Council approved <br />the additional MUSA. The rezoning is in effect as of October 30. Prior to City Council approval <br />of the final plat, the City Attorney will review the title commitment and the City Engineer will <br />prepare a development agreement. Construction plans for utilities and road work must obtain <br />City Engineer approval in order to prepare the development agreement. Other conditions of <br />approval must be satisfied prior to City Council approval or included in the development <br />agreement. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve the final plat for Hailey Manor. <br />2. Return to staff with direction. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />
