Development of the site will require demolition of the existing building and removal of smaller <br />buildings and surface features. There may also be underground items required for removal as well, <br />including foundations, storage tanks, old septic systems, etc. The applicant shall verify the existence <br />of all surface and underground items and remove and dispose as required in accordance with State <br />and local regulations. <br />3.
