The grading and stormwater routing for the County Ditch and County Road 21 ditch system must <br />also be maintained throughout the duration of construction. Easements have been provided around all <br />wetland and stormwater detention areas. In addition, the applicant shall be aware that the City of Lino Lakes <br />has a specific seed specification for ponding areas that shall be incorporated into the plans. <br />Utility Plan <br />All utility installations shall be performed in accordance with the recommendations of the <br />geotechnical engineer. It is recommended that the geotechnical engineer be retained throughout <br />construction to provide advice and assistance throughout all activities, including utilities, roadway, <br />and building construction. <br />2. All trenches (including services) shall be backfilled and compacted and meet 100% maximum <br />Standard Proctor Density in the upper 3 -feet from finished road elevation, and 95% maximum <br />Standard Proctor Density below the upper 3 -feet. <br />Water pipe and appurtenances shall meet the requirements of the City of Lino lakes, and as follows: <br />Hydrants - Waterous Pacer WB -67; Valves - Mueller A2370 -20 or equal. DIP pipe shall be Class 52. <br />City standards must be identified on the plan or provided on a detail sheet. Well installation and the <br />water distribution system shall conform to the requirements of the Minnesota Department of Health <br />and Department of Natural Resources as applicable. Hydrant locations shall be subject to the review <br />of the Fire Chief. <br />Additional Comments <br />1. The building will be protected by a wet pipe fire sprinkler system in accordance with the Minnesota <br />State Building Code, Minnesota State Fire Code, and National Fire Protection Association Standards. <br />Further requirements of the City of Lino Lakes, such as the number and location of hydrants shall be <br />subject to review and approval of the City Fire Chief. <br />2 A 30kW generator is proposed to be installed for back -up and safety items only, such as emergency <br />lighting, exit signs, fire alarms, security and communications systems. <br />3. The landscaping plan shall provide provisions to limit plantings to be located on or near proposed <br />utilities, including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water. The Applicant shall be responsible for <br />coordinating the design and installation of private utilities to the site in accordance with local <br />requirements. <br />
