No. 12976 -002 <br />Routing: <br />The City of Lino Lakes has received revised plans and documents providing for reconstruction of the <br />existing VFW facility site at the northeast corner of the intersection of Lois Lane and Lake Drive. This <br />proposed site reconstruction was previously addressed in a memorandum dated November 11, 2003. The <br />following new and revised documents have been received: <br />1. Revised full size and 11X17 size plan sets (Sheets A1.1, A6.3, U1, 01, L1.0, and L2.0), dated revised <br />December 18, 2003 and received by the City of Lino Lakes December 19, 2003. <br />- 2. Copy of a letter from DSGW Architects regarding re- submittal for planning and zoning review dated <br />December 18, 2003. <br />3. Copy of a letter from Brian Bourassa of Metro Land Surveying and Engineering dated December 18, <br />2003 regarding revised drainage calculations for the Circle/Lex VFW Post site <br />4. Drainage calculations and Hydro -Cad drainage diagrams for 2, 10, and 100 year existing and <br />proposed conditions, dated December 11, 2003 and December 12, 2003. Also included are full size <br />existing and proposed drainage boundary sheets (DR1 and DR2) dated August 28, 2003, and a <br />Hydro -Cad 2 -year NURP proposed drainage dated December 21, 2003. <br />5. Light Fixture Cut Sheets dated December 18, 2003. <br />6. Photometric Lighting Analysis sheets (11X17), dated December 18, 2003. <br />The proposed Plan provides for demolition of the existing building and construction of a new building with <br />improved driveways and parking facilities. The area of the site is approximately 2.25 acres. Several <br />comments provided in the previous review memorandum remain effective as applicable and are therefore <br />included within this memorandum.
