Rezoning to Planned Unit <br />Development; Development Stage Plan Review; <br />Site and Building Review (Regent at Lino Lakes) <br />Legacy at Woods Edge <br />ACTION REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Legacy at Woods Edge project was presented to the Planning and Zoning Board on <br />December 10, 2003. Staff is continuing to work with the Hartford Group on the building <br />elevations and other issues raised in the December staff report. Staff will be presenting the <br />revised plans to the Planning and Zoning board, for discussion, at the January 28, 2004 Special <br />Planning & Zoning Board work session. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending continuation of the Public Hearing to the February 11, 2004 Regular <br />Planning & Zoning Board meeting. <br />
