Awnings and canopies may project up to 10 feet into the public right -of -way, but must be at Least 9 feet above finished grade. Bay windows, decorative roofs, and other architectural features may project up to 3 feet into the public right -of -way, but may not exceed 50 percent of the length of each building facade and must be at least 12 feet above finished grade. Projections may never extend directly above a roadway, because they could interfere with traffic and parking of tall trucks. [2] Arcades. Arcades shall have a minimum clear height of 10 feet from finished grade and a minimum clear width of 8 feet. [3] Side and Rear Setbacks. [5] Parking Structures. Parking structures are allowed along Build -to Lines if the ground floor contains retail or offices along the street. Parking garages without these uses are not permitted within twenty feet of any street. [6] Interior Setbacks.
