Memo <br />To: ` Jeff Srnyser <br />C: Michael Grochala <br />From Marty Asieson <br />Date: April 7, 2004 <br />Re: ,'Recommendations of the March 28, 2004 Environmental Board . <br />• <br />• <br />Environmental <br />The Environmental Board met on March 28, 2004 and made ,the following <br />recommendations: <br />• <br />Junes Subdivision: <br />• " .The North and West Edge of the property abutting the wetland should be planted • <br />with a native City Specification Native plant mix. <br />There should be no importing or exporting of soils without City approval:. <br />Applicant should demonstrate' there is an adequate separation'~. between the <br />bottom of the proposed pond and the seasonally high water table:. • <br />RCWD issues should be resolved. <br />Request the applicant plat as park or provide a conservation easement for the <br />remaining wetland areas on the plat . (This is in a proposed greenway area and <br />adjacentto City owned parkland) 3 ; <br />Motion by O'Connell, 2"d by Bauman. Motion to recommend approval with staff and. <br />Environmental Board suggestions ;'otherwise recommend denial.
