Routing: Date: July 9, 2004 Engineering Reviews for this proposed development were previously prepared and presented in memorandums dated December 5, 2003, and June 4, 2004. A revised Utility Plan has since been received by the City of Lino Lakes (received July 2, 2004). This review memorandum as presented herein essentially repeats much of the same information presented in the June 4, 2004 memorandum, along with adjustments as a result of the revised utility plan received. •Comments provided in the June 4, 2004 memorandum were based on information provided in the following documents: 1. Cover letters from Hokanson Development dated May 6, 2004 and May 20, 2004. 2. Legal Counsel Facsimile dated February 20, 2004. 3. Letter regarding the Conditional Use permit dated January 12, 2004. 4. Narrative Addendum for Conditional Use Permit dated May 6, 2004. 5. Stormwater Pond Calculations dated May 6, 2004. 6. Lighting Information dated December 4, 2003. 7. Park Board Review dated December 1, 2003. 8. Architectural Plan Set Cover page received May 7, 2004. 9. Preliminary Plan Set (11 sheets - 11X17 and full size), prepared by Schoell and Madson, dated May 5, 2004. 10. Full size and 11X17 size Architectural Plans (3 sheets each), for both 2 -unit and 3 -unit buildings. Narrative for Comprehensive Plan Amendment, prepared by Hokanson Development, Inc., and received by the City of Lino Lakes October 28, 2003. 11. Soil Borings prepared by Braun Intertec dated June 16, 1995, and Geotechnical Evaluation by Braun dated July 24, 1995. 12. Wetland Delineation Report prepared by Lori J. Marco dated April 7, 1994. 13. Aerial photo of the site (date ?), received May 20, 2004. The revised utility plan received for this review is Sheet 6 of 11(received by the City of Lino Lakes on July 2, 2004), but still dated May 5, 2004. Revisions to the plan have been hand drafted into the plan. It is • expected that a revised utility plan with a new revision date (and signed by the Engineer) will also be received.
