D <br />Jeff Schoenbauer, Brauer and Associates <br />August 11, 2004 <br />Parks, Natural Open Space /Greenways <br />and Trail Plan <br />Jeff Schoenbauer of Brauer and Associates has prepared the City's new Parks, Natural <br />Open Space /Greenways and Trail Plan. This plan lays out an important new direction by <br />establishing goals in open space planning, which require some new approaches to <br />development review. <br />Mr. Schoenbauer will present the plan to the P & Z. <br />Staff is requesting a recommendation from the P & Z that the City Council approve the <br />new plan. <br />
