The
proposed plat will result in the potential for the five existing lots to fully connect to city utilities
at the discretion of the property owners. Though the annual target of 36 acres has been reached,
the acreage needed for the proposed preliminary plat will not exceed the 20% flexibility
allowance. The `new' single - family residential lot will be required to connect to city utilities as
part of the platting process.
