• <br />• <br />• <br />Construction Sign <br />Definition: <br />A sign advertising a construction project and the parties involved in its development, <br />proposed to be located on the lot or parcel of land on which the sign is located. <br />Photograph /Examples: <br />Current Code Restrictions: <br />Real estate development signs or construction site signs may be erected providing they do <br />not exceed one hundred (100) square feet of area, are not more than fifteen (15) feet <br />above grade, and not within one hundred (100) feet of an existing residential structure. <br />Possible Regulation: <br />Limit the number of signs, the timing of placement to coincide with an <br />approval of a project.
