• <br />• <br />• <br />Real Estate Advertising Sign <br />Definition: <br />A sign to advertise a commercial or residential property for sale, lease, or rent. <br />Photograph /Examples: <br />Current Code Restrictions: <br />Temporary real estate signs advertising the sale of individual residences shall not require <br />a permit if they are under six (6) square feet. <br />Temporary signs advertising buildings or land for rent or for sale in all districts may be <br />placed on such property providing such signs are not closer than (10) feet to any property <br />line and do not exceed forty (40) square feet in industrial areas and fifteen (15) square <br />feet in other areas. <br />Possible Regulation: <br />No permit is required currently. <br />Notes: <br />
