An additional point <br />of entry on the rear of the building does not have a sidewalk, a condition has been added requiring the provision <br />of such a walkway. <br />Lighting <br />Lighting fixtures are shoebox style with downcast lighting, in conformance to City standards. The <br />Abinvironmental board did not receive the cut sheets as are included in this packet, thus their comment on <br />ighting. <br />Signage <br />There was not signage indicated on the submitted plan, all signage would be subject to permit and approval <br />based on the City of Lino Lakes sign ordinance. <br />Trash / Mechanical Equipment <br />The location of trash equipment is not shown on the submitted plans. The applicant should include in revised . <br />plans an indication of how trash will be stored and screened on site. <br />The mechanical plans show multiple configurations for the air conditioning units, however they are always <br />indicated on the north side of the building, which would make them most visible to the street. A condition will <br />be included below that requires effective screening of these units. <br />• <br />
