Routing: Date: November 4, 2004 The church members of the New Brighton Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses are proposing to construct a new worship and meeting facility along the southeast side of Lake Drive (Anoka CSAH 23) and to the north of Second Avenue. The following engineering review is based on a submitted three ring binder presented by the Developer's /Owners consulting company's for City of Lino Lakes comment. The following civil engineering documents from the submitted three ring binder were used for the below engineering review comments: 1. Boundary and Topography Survey of Lot 6, Auditor's Subdivision No. 151 in Section 19, Township 31, Range 22 of Anoka County /Lino Lakes, Minnesota, dated September 15, 2004, by Terrence E. Rothenbucher, L.S., of Pioneer Engineering. 2. New Brighton Kingdom Hall, Plan Sheet: Site Plan, Minnesota Regional Building No. 1 with no date or signature (labeled Sheet No. 3 of 6). 3. New Brighton Kingdom Hall, Plan Sheet: Erosion Control, Minnesota Regional Building No. 1 with no date or signature (labeled Sheet No. 6 of 6). 4. New Brighton Kingdom Hall, Plan Sheet: Grading Plan, Minnesota Regional Building No. 1 with no date or signature (labeled Sheet No. 5 of 6). 5. Wastewater Treatment System design (layout only) by Daniel Weaver of Earth Science Testing, dated October 8, 2004. 6. Drainage Calculations (21 pages) using HydroCAD stormwater routing and ponding modeling for 2 -year, 10 -year, and 100 -year design rainfall events as submitted by Rodney Gordon (no company or credentials listed on documents.) • The above documents are all stamped received at the City of Lino Lakes offices on October 11, 2004.
