Jeff Smyser December 1,3, 2004 Final Plat: Millers Crossroads 2nd Addition The City Council approved the preliminary plat for Miller's Crossroads with Resolution 03 -142 in September 2003. The final plat for the first phase was approved by the City Council in February 2004. The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat. The City Attorney reviewed the title commitment with the first final plat. The City Engineer is preparing a development agreement for the second addition. Conditions of approval have been addressed. This project includes a phasing plan in four phases, 2003 through 2006. Since the first phase did not occur in 2003, the first two phases were combined in the first final plat. This final plat for the second addition complies with the phasing plan as shown: A trail easement is necessary to include the trails constructed along Birch St. and Hodgson Rd. The trail easement document must be submitted to the City prior to City Council approval of this final plat for the 2" Addition. OPTIONS 1. Approve the final plat for Miller's Crossroads 2nd Addition. 2. Return to staff with direction.
