CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Rafferty called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:34 <br />p.m., December 8, 2004. <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved. <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: NOVEMBER 10, 2004 <br />Chair Rafferty requested the following correction: Page 12, 8th paragraph, delete the <br />words "prior to" and insert the word "at ". <br />Mr. Hyden made a MOTION approve the November 10, 2004 Minutes as amended and <br />was supported by Mr. Laden. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Rafferty declared open mike open at 6 :37 p.m. <br />There was no one present for Open Mike <br />Mr. Tralle made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:38 p.m., and was supported by Mr. <br />Pogalz.
