Make sure the storm drainage calculations take into account and calculate all the proposed rain <br />garden stormwater capacity by infiltration rate analysis. <br />d. Label conspicuously on the plans the stormwater overflow locations. Especially show and <br />explain where the stormwater overflow will go for the proposed area along the Lake Drive <br />corridor. <br />e. Show elevations and/or plan detail(s) of the proposed stormwater riprap system between the <br />parking lot curb line to the stormwater pond labeled as "Water Quality Pond" located at the east <br />side of the proposed parking lot. <br />Also, show elevations and/or plan detail(s) for the overflow riprap structure from the proposed <br />rainwater garden to the east and the Rice Lake watershed. <br />f. It is recommended that the proposed wood skimmer structure between the "water quality pond" <br />and the infiltration rainwater garden be modified to a manhole and piping alternative system. <br />Generally, wood skimmer structures are susceptible to shorter useful life spans and require <br />more maintenance. <br />• <br />• <br />
