Reviews dated March 8, 2004, February 26, 2004, <br />April 7, 2004, and June 10, 2004 were previously submitted. More recent documents have been received as <br />follows: <br />1. Title Commitment effective September 2, 1993. <br />• <br />Executive Summary <br />Following is a general summary of the main items and issues that must be addressed. Further explanation of <br />these items and additional items to be addressed are provided in the remainder of this review memorandum. <br />1. The applicant shall be responsible for attaining any permits as required for de- watering. <br />2. The invert elevation of STMH 6 must be reviewed and adjusted as noted. <br />3. A legend must be provided on the grading plan that explains house pad elevations (walk -out, garage <br />floor, first floor, etc.). <br />4. All remaining conditions of the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) must be completed. <br />5. Revised Hydro -Cad calculations shall be adjusted as noted and re- submitted. <br />6. The Final Plat must provide additional utility easement as specified herein. <br />7. It is recommended that existing sanitary sewer and water mains be removed rather than abandoned at <br />specific locations as described. <br />8. Gate valves must be provided on the new watermain as described. <br />9. Long term maintenance responsibilities for rain gardens and detention areas must be addressed <br />appropriately in an agreement between the Developer and the City.
