No signs, flags, banners, pennants, stringers, lights, or other signage or attention - getting <br />device other than permanent monument or wall signage are to be installed. Monument <br />or wall signage shall require sign permits and shall comply with the City's sign <br />ordinance. <br />11. In outdoor areas where motor vehicles are stored, drive aisles between the rows of <br />vehicles must be a minimum of 24 feet wide to provide for emergency vehicle access. <br />12. Any and all exterior lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source is <br />not visible from the public right -of -way or from an abutting residence and shall be in <br />compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.F of the zoning ordinance. <br />13. Vehicles for sale shall be displayed in an orderly manner and shall not constitute junk <br />as defined by this Ordinance. <br />14. The outdoor yard area shall continue to be fenced or screened from view of <br />neighboring properties. The screening fence shall be maintained or, if necessary, <br />improved to provide complete screening. The fence shall be maintained in a <br />condition of reasonable repair and shall not be allowed to become and remain in a <br />condition of disrepair or danger, or constitute a nuisance, public or private. <br />15. Delivery of vehicles by truck or unloading of vehicles from trucks shall only occur <br />between the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am to <br />5:00 pm Saturday, with no delivery or unloading on Sundays or federal holidays. <br />16. All activities shall comply with the zoning contract as well as the conditions of the <br />conditional use permit. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve the rezoning by the zoning contract. <br />2. Approve the conditional use permit with the conditions listed. <br />3.
