Building massing for all individual buildings and for the arrangement on the site will combine <br />with landscape elements to highlight entry and sequence. Each building's exterior elevation will <br />work within the time honored aesthetic vocabulary of 3 part composition. A base, middle, and top <br />will each be articulated to give clarity to the buildings as well as tie all elements of the site <br />together in a simple cohesive composition. In addition, each building will have 3- dimensional <br />offsets in order to break down its massing. Color and texture will be used to denote these <br />differences. Common materials will tie the complex together.
