Routing: Date: March 3, 2005 The proposed Vaughan Addition (Mike Vaughan, Developer) development site includes the construction of five (5) single - family homes on an existing three (3) acre parcel. The parcel has an existing residence which will be demolished. The property is located along the south side of Birch Street (Anoka CSAH #10) between Tomahawk Trail and West Shadow Drive (across from the Rice Lake Elementary School). Street access from Birch Street to the site will be by a cul -de -sac configuration. Anoka county will require di ri ght turn bay from eastbound Birch Street to the proposed cul -de -sac. All the lots will be served by City of Lino Lakes sanitary sewer, watermain, and integrated storm sewer system. The following documents have been received or are being used for the below engineering review: 1. Previous Lino Lakes City engineering review by Scott Brink, P.E., and dated January 4, 2005. 2. Development plans for "Vaughan Addition — Final Plans for: Sanitary, Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer, and Street" as prepared by Loucks Associates (undated and unsigned). Stamped "received" in Lino Lakes City Offices on February 7, 2005. Plan Sheets: C0 -1 to C9 -1, L1 -1 in full and reduced size. 3. Soils Report/Analysis by STS Consultants, Ltd., entitled: "Housing Subdivision at 600 Birch Street in Lino Lakes, Minnesota" and signed by Mervyn Mindess, P.E., on 12/22/04.
