Also show the
wetland delineation line work to the east of the parcel.
2. STREET SYSTEM ITEMS:
a. Radius at intersection of west curbline and cul -de -sac of Vaughan Court shall be 30 feet and not the
14 feet as shown on the plans.
b. Radii at the intersection of Vaughan Court and Birch Street (Anoka CSAH #10) shall be a minimum
of 20 feet unless Anoka County permitting requires a larger size.
c. Install a "STOP" sign in the southeast corner of Vaughan Court and Birch Street following Anoka
County and Mn/DOT requirements.
d. Install a "NO OUTLET" sign on west side of Vaughan Court and just past the bituminous trail per
Mn/DOT requirements.
e. Install Pedestrian Curb Ramps at the intersection of Vaughan Court and the bituminous trail (parallel
to Birch) following MnIDOT 7036B Standard Plate (truncated dome) unless otherwise directed by
the Anoka County access permit.
3. PLAN SHEET C2 -2 RIGHT TURN LANE:
Provide the City Engineer an approved copy of the permit(s) as required by Anoka County that are
necessary for the right turn lane construction or other issues. The Anoka County Highway Department
has specific requirements that must be followed and these shall be shown on the plans.
4. PLAN SHEET C4 -0 OVERALL UTILITY PLAN:
a. Connection to the existing Lino Lakes watermain system shows that the existing fire hydrant is in
line with (or on top of) the existing watermain. It extends beyond the existing fire hydrant and
terminates at an existing gate valve to the south. This sequence is unlikely and needs to be further
investigated. If the existing fire hydrant is set on tee to the side of the watermain, a hydrant gate valve
will need to be installed at this time as well as a connection gate valve at the proposed watermain
system location.
Also, label the size of the existing watermain system on the plan sheet.
