The proposed 2, 10, and 100 discharge rates may not exceed the existing 2, 10, and 100 discharge <br />rates. <br />o. 15" out of pond outlet. <br />p. Outlet Control Structure is unbuildable, according to the contour. Detail shows bottom of outside <br />structure as 890.5. Contour in the area is 893.0. <br />q. The plans show an existing culvert (14 " ?) under the existing driveway. Will this be replaced or <br />removed, and how does this correlate to the ditch drainage along Birch Street? Also, define the <br />drainage pattern(s) along Birch Street based on the proposed development modifications. <br />r. Provide on the plans a detail of the riprap structure (assume) between the storm ponds on the east side <br />of the development. <br />06. Sheet C9 -1 UTILITY DETAILS: <br />Delete the "Bituminous Paving Section" shown and replace on the plans using a typical street section <br />format showing all the appropriate dimensions as necessary for Vaughan Court street and cul -de -sac. <br />The minimal typical street section shall be as follows: <br />1.5" LVWE45030C <br />2.0" LVNW35030C <br />6" Aggregate Base — Class 5 (100% crushed limestone or recycled concrete w/ Cl 5 <br />gradation) <br />24" Select Granular Borrow (Mn/DOT 3149.2B2) <br />Note that any fill required below this section and under the street/cul -de -sac and after topsoil removal <br />shall use Select Granular Borrow as fill materials. <br />
