Top 1.5 MPT <br />c. Sanitary services to Lots 3 and 4 are shown as connecting directly into sanitary MH 1. This is not <br />allowed, and the services shall be moved into the mainline with a wye connection system. <br />d. List on the plans that storm and sanitary solid manhole casting assemblies (covers) shall be NEENAH <br />R -1642 (or equivalent) with two concealed pick holes and sanitary sewer raised lettering. This <br />includes the connection existing sanitary manhole cover must be replaced if necessary. <br />e. Provide to the City Engineer an approved copy of the MDH (water) and MCES/MPCA (sanitary) <br />permits. <br />5. STORM SEWER SYSTEM <br />• a. What is the purpose of the culvert in Lot 5? Could the lot be graded so it would not be needed? <br />b. Minimum storm sewer size is 15" RC pipe. 12" may be used for catch basin leads. <br />c. CMP storm sewer is not allowed. <br />d. CB 2 does not have enough cover from top of pipe to rim. <br />e. What is the HWL of the wetland along the east property line? <br />f. What is the HWL of the wetland on the southeast property line? <br />g. Location and elevation of emergency overflow need to be shown for the rain gardens. <br />h. Low openings must be one foot above the emergency overflows for rain gardens. <br />i. Lowest floor elevation, including basements, must be four feet above the anticipated high <br />groundwater level; four feet above the normal water level; or two feet above the HWL, whichever is <br />greater. <br />j. Existing Condition Curve Numbers and Time of Concentrations are acceptable. <br />• k. For proposed conditions, HRCS Type "B" Soils shall be assumed for all disturbed areas where, under <br />existing conditions, NRCS Type "A" Soils exist. <br />
