As required under the conditions of <br />preliminary plat approval, the applicant has obtained a Rice Creek Watershed permit. All <br />other conditions of approval will be met during the building permit review process, or <br />with the agreement between the applicant and the city. <br />Staff recommended approval of the final plat for Highland Meadows East 2nd Addition. <br />Mr. Hyden made a MOTION to recommend approval of final plat for Highland Meadows <br />East 2 "d Addition and was supported by Mr. Pogalz. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />H. Final Plat for Oakwood View <br />Staff stated the Rice Creek Evangelical Covenant Church has requested approval of a <br />single - family residential development called Oakwood View. The subject property is <br />currently one lot with a house of worship constructed on the southern most portion near <br />the Ash Street frontage. This plat will create a total of 12 lots. One for the existing <br />house of worship, one large lot for the future group residence duplex facility, and 10 <br />single - family residential lots. <br />Staff indicated the final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat layout as <br />approved by the City Council on May 24, 2004. The title commitment for the property <br />and final plat have been forwarded to the City Attorney for review. As required under <br />the conditions of preliminary plat approval, the applicant has submitted a Rice Creek <br />Watershed permit. Another condition of approval required that a shared driveway <br />easement be provided from Ash Street to the property intended for a future group <br />residential duplex facility. The applicant is working on this easement and it will be <br />required to be submitted for review by staff prior to the final plat being scheduled for the <br />City Council. All other conditions of approval will be met with building permit review of <br />the subdivision. A development contract between the applicant and the city is being <br />developed and will address many of the conditions of approval at that time. <br />Staff recommended approval of the final plat for Oakwood View. <br />Mr. Tralle made a MOTION to recommend approval of the final plat for Oakwood View <br />and was supported by Mr. Laden. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />I. Final Plat for Century Farm North 3rd Addition <br />Staff stated appplicant had requested approval of a residential development called Century <br />Farm North 3r Addition. The subject property consists of several outlots platted as part <br />of Century Farm North and Century Farm North 2 "d Addition. This plat will create a <br />total of 59 lots consisting of 18 single - family residential lots, 34 attached single - family <br />residential lots, and 7 outlots. <br />Staff indicted the final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat layout as approved <br />by the City Council on April 28, 2003.
