Ma. <br />a.rshan Meadows 4 March 28, 2005 <br />City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />• <br />Portions of the storm sewer appear to be designed such that shallow portions may not provide two feet of <br />cover over the pipe, which should be provided. However, pipe sizes and complete storm sewer information <br />have not yet been provided. Therefore, further comments will be provided when final construction plans are <br />presented for review. <br />The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining permits for the utility extensions as required from the <br />Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), and Met Council <br />Environmental Services (MCES). <br />Other Comments <br />• <br />1 <br />1. The 30 foot street width (gutter to gutter) and 60 foot wide right of ways as shown are acceptable. A <br />note should also be provided that existing subgrade material shall be removed and replaced with <br />compacted granular at locations and depths as directed by the City Engineer or the geotechnical <br />engineer. <br />2. The applicant shall be responsible for the verification of any existing well and septic locations on <br />both the subject property and adjoining properties to assure compliance with the State of Minnesota <br />requirements as previously expressed. In addition, development of the property will require the <br />removal of existing buildings, surface structures, and possibly underground facilities. The applicant <br />shall be responsible for the proper removal of all facilities in accordance with State of Minnesota and <br />City of Lino Lakes regulations. <br />3. As previously stated, the plat, including access from CSAH 23 will be subject to the review and <br />approval of Anoka County. <br />
