However, pipe sizes and complete storm sewer information
have not yet been provided. Therefore, further comments will be provided when final construction plans are
presented for review.
The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining permits for the utility extensions as required from the
Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), and Met Council
Environmental Services (MCES).
Other Comments
•
1
1. The 30 foot street width (gutter to gutter) and 60 foot wide right of ways as shown are acceptable. A
note should also be provided that existing subgrade material shall be removed and replaced with
compacted granular at locations and depths as directed by the City Engineer or the geotechnical
engineer.
2. The applicant shall be responsible for the verification of any existing well and septic locations on
both the subject property and adjoining properties to assure compliance with the State of Minnesota
requirements as previously expressed. In addition, development of the property will require the
removal of existing buildings, surface structures, and possibly underground facilities. The applicant
shall be responsible for the proper removal of all facilities in accordance with State of Minnesota and
City of Lino Lakes regulations.
3. As previously stated, the plat, including access from CSAH 23 will be subject to the review and
approval of Anoka County.
