Portable Sign <br />Definition: <br />another <br />Maximum Size: <br />Setback: <br />Permit: <br />• <br />Fee: <br />• <br />A temporary sign designed to be moved from one location to <br />40 Square feet <br />Five feet from any property line <br />Portable signs permits are held to the following standards: <br />1. Up to 3 portable signs allowed per permit <br />2. One permit per month <br />3. Permit is good for the length of the month <br />4. Permit period always runs from the first of the month thru the <br />last day of the month <br />5. Double permit fees will be assessed if the permit is pulled after <br />the sign is placed A sliding scale of punitive actions will <br />follow with any further violatons, ending with privileges being <br />revoked. <br />6. The city has the right to remove the sign after the permit has <br />expired and collect the cost of removal from the permit holder <br />and /or property owner. <br />*Business owners within in a mall would have 3 signs per mall <br />and would determine from within who gets to apply for the permit <br />each month. <br />Option 1: $25.00 per permit <br />Option 2: $250.00 for full year of permits <br />(Reduce administrative work) <br />
