•
•
Other Suggestions:
One Day Signage
Main purpose would be to advertise a special. City approved sign would be placed out
in the moming and removed at the end of business that same day. One sign per
business with a limit for malls. No permit required.
Metal Signs
Help many businessess reduce signage by installing metal signage with the names of
businesses with an arrow indicating where the business is located.
(Le. Chomoniz golf course)
Garage sale signs
City or private company rents garage sale signs that are approved by the city.
Individuals place a deposit on the signage. Individual receives deposit back
when signs are returned minus rental fee and if any damage a fee for that also.
Community Boards
Place community boards at a few key locations throughout Lino Lakes. Rent space on
these community boards to local business owners, local organizations, etc. on a monthly
basis.
Builder /Realitor /Developors
There needs to be requirements for this industry just like all other local businesses.
They should follow the requirements listed above. The use of issuing building permits
could help with the enforcement of the requirements. Violators could have permits
pulled, face fines, or some other punitive actions.
