It is expected that further final construction plans <br />will be submitted that include additional construction notes, standard plates, and standard details and <br />requirements of the City of Lino Lakes. This is also expected to include pipe sizes, grades, materials, <br />etc. <br />6. The proposed Preliminary Plat dos not provide revised drainage and utility easements that accurately <br />reflect the proposed storm sewer and drainage changes.
