The layout is significantly conforming with the previously approved layout of the <br />site, with the exception of the two lots adjacent to Apollo Drive. The layout of those lots will be subject to <br />review during the Site Plan Review process for each building. <br />The pedestrian circulation of the site was also a major concern of the board at the last meeting. The applicant <br />has brought back the previously approved layout which includes all of the pedestrian linkage the board was <br />encouraging. <br />Lighting <br />As the site is surrounded by similar commercial uses and the streets are private, the photometric lighting plan <br />submitted with the application meets all of the city requirements. <br />The lighting fixtures will be conditioned to match the existing fixtures within the Marketplace development. <br />•Additionally, decorative street lighting required as part of the original approval for Marketplace must be <br />installed for this site and all other developed sites within the project.
