Buildings that substantially comply with the following guidelines <br />shall be deemed to meet the architectural intent of Lino Lakes Marketplace PDO. <br />1. Composition and Massing. <br />Building massing should be used to highlight the location of the building entry. <br />Corners should be accentuated with massing or material accents. Building facades <br />should be composed of three recognizable elements of a base, a middle and a top. <br />Therefore, all single tenant buildings and multiple tenant buildings will be <br />required to use common facade elements such as: <br />Defined base with accent materials <br />Signband field of stucco or similar color material <br />Cornice line of stucco over entry areas. The design will be consistent on all <br />buildings. <br />Cornice line of stucco or field color. This cornice line can be particular to the <br />building. <br />Colonial style gable roof forms and standing seam metal similar to what is shown <br />on the submitted building elevations for Super Target .should be designed in <br />proportion and scale to the individual building. This form may not be applicable <br />on all building types and retail franchise image. <br />2. Materials. <br />Common materials used throughout the development will provide visual <br />continuity that will enhance individual buildings as well as reinforce the Town <br />Center District.
