There is no time limit for <br />such a sign. <br />B. RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br />a. "R -1" and "R -1X" Single- Family Residential District: <br />Purpose. This district is intended to provide a residential atmosphere for <br />those persons desiring a single- family neighborhood with a suburban <br />density. The area is intended for development of single - family detached <br />homes on lots with public sewer and water. <br />b. "R -2" Two - Family District: <br />Purpose. This district is intended to provide a residential atmosphere for <br />those persons desiring a two - family dwelling with a more urban, but <br />limited, density. Two - family dwellings will not be allowed in areas without <br />sanitary sewer. <br />c. "R -3" Medium Density Residential District: <br />Purpose. The purpose of the R -3 Medium density Residential District is to <br />provide settings for multiple- family structures up to eight dwelling units per <br />building in areas having good thoroughfare access, are properly located to <br />other uses and are accessible to major activity center, recreation areas and <br />shopping areas. <br />d. "R -4" High Density Residential District: <br />Purpose. The purpose of the R -4 High Density Residential Districts is to <br />provide settings for multiple- family housing in areas having good <br />thoroughfare access, proper relationship to other uses and are accessible to <br />major activity center, recreation areas and shopping areas. <br />e. "R -6" Manufactured Home Park District: <br />Purpose. The purpose of the Manufactured Home Park District is to provide <br />opportunities for manufactured housing in a planned community. This <br />district is intended to provide opportunities for almost all types of <br />manufactured homes including those which may not be able to meet the <br />Ordinance 05 -05, Sign Ordinance page 5 of 29 <br />
