One ground or wall sign per building, of fifty (50) square feet or <br />twenty percent (20 %) of wall area, whichever is greater. <br />b. One ground sign or pylon sign up to fifty (50) square feet; not higher <br />integrated retail complex. <br />3. Multi Occupancy Business Signage: When a single principle building is <br />IV. Subd. Z. of this ordinance and shall be limited to one ground sign of one <br />(30) feet. <br />e! <br />Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined by Section I:l:, Subd. F of <br />this Ordinance, are prohibited in the LB Zoning District. <br />5. No sign shall be closer than five (5) feet to any property line. <br />b. "NB" Neighborhood Business District" <br />Purpose. The purpose of the NB Neighborhood Commercial District is to provide <br />for the establishment of local businesses for convenience, limited office, retail or <br />service outlets which deal directly with the daily requirements of the immediate <br />neighborhood and which are located along a collector or arterial roadway.
