Rud and Sons Surveying <br />BACKGROUND <br />E.G. Rud and Sons Surveying has requested approval of a Preliminary and Final Plat for property located <br />adjacent to the northeast corner of Lake Drive and Hodgson Road. The applicant has already obtained Site and <br />4103uilding Plan Review approval administratively on July 18, 2005; executed a performance agreement for the <br />site; and has pulled building permits for construction of a 25,000 square foot multi - tenant building on the site. <br />The applicant is now pursuing a Preliminary and Final Plat to clean up the legal descriptions and easement <br />documentation on the subject property.
