• <br />Rice Lake Professional Center, page 2 <br />• reliminary and Final Plat <br />The plat drawings include all of the land that was previously held by the City of Lino Lakes and proposes to <br />plat that land as one lot and one outlot. The outlot consists of the former Hodgson Road right -of -way being <br />granted to the owner as part of a previous vacation of that right -of -way. <br />The appropriate drainage and utility easements are depicted on the plat and title commitments have been <br />forwarded to the city attorney for review. <br />The City Engineer has completed a thorough review of the submitted plans and has deemed them to be <br />acceptable. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approval subject to conditions of approval. <br />2. Denial of the application. <br />3. Return to Staff with direction. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval subject to the following conditions: <br />• 1. The proposed addition is subject to Anoka County Highway Department requirements, review, and <br />approval. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
