The applicant shall coordinate with SEH to verify that proposed connections to public utilities are
shown in the proper location with the proper elevation.
12. Spot elevations at building corners must be provided to verify positive drainage away from building.
13. It appears that the sidewalk directly outside of the east entrance has a cross slope in excess of 12 %.
This exceeds the maximum allowable slope.
14. The sidewalk north of the northeast corner of the building has a steep cross slope of approximately
12% at the narrow point before the island between the spot elevations of 2.46 and 3.16. It is unknown
if this is meant for pedestrian traffic.
15. Storm water runoff from the parking lots must be captured and conveyed to the pond by internal
storm sewer rather than allowed to drain out onto Town Center Parkway.
16. Silt fence is not indicated on the plans. Silt fence must encompass all construction areas, including the
overland storm sewer pipe.
17. Wood fiber blanket is required to be used on any disturbed steep slopes such as the storm sewer outlet
pipe run to the pond.
Please call me at 651.490.2147 if you have questions.
Sincerely,
SHORT ELLIOTT HENDRICKSON INC.
Robert L.
