Rather than showing a proposed temporary hydrant to be installed, it is recommended that the hydrant <br />be installed in its permanent location and the water main in the northern end of the site be revised to <br />have an 8 "x8" cross connecting the service stub, hydrant, and water main loop which runs through the <br />proposed Lakewood Apartments site rather than the configurations shown on the Lakewood <br />Apartments plan and this plan set. <br />7. Silt fence is not indicated on the plans. Silt fence must encompass all construction areas, including the <br />overland storm sewer pipe. <br />8. Wood fiber blanket is required to be used on any disturbed steep slopes such as the storm sewer outlet <br />pipe run to the pond and along the edge of the parking lot on the northeast side of the site. <br />General Comments <br />1.
