• <br />• <br />4) The consensus of the members in attendance was that the awnings proposed over <br />the windows on the northwest and southwest corners of the single story structure <br />and the southwest corner of the concrete panels were a positive addition; though it <br />is preferable they be functional and provide shading in the summer. <br />5) The consensus of the members in attendance was that the polycarbonate material <br />proposed for the awnings and the entry did not properly convey durability as is <br />required by the design standards. <br />6) The consensus of the members in attendance was that the entry needed to be <br />strengthened to clearly indicate to visitors where the main entrance is for the <br />building, as well as to convey durability and massing that is on scale with the rest <br />of this structure and the surrounding development. <br />7) The consensus of the members in attendance was that the concrete panels need to <br />stay with darker, warmer colors.
