Operation and maintenance agreements for the site, including provisions for stormwater facilities, <br />must be submitted for review by city staff prior to the issuance of building permits. <br />11. The applicant shall provide a bicycle parking area sufficient in size to accommodate a minimum of <br />five bicycles. The type of fixture provided and the location of this parking area must be reviewed <br />and approved by staff prior to the issuance of building permits for the site. <br />12. All landscaped and sodded areas must be irrigated. <br />13. The trash enclosure shall be constructed of materials consistent to that of the main building, shall be <br />located to minimize the visibility of the openings, and shall be screened with landscaping materials. <br />14. All ground mounted utility equipment shall be completely screened from view with appropriate <br />landscaping materials. <br />15. All roof mounted equipment shall be completely screened from view.
